Shipping
Dreisbach Wholesale Florist distributes product through its own delivery system and with the help of UPS and other carriers. Orders are normally processed and delivered the same day asreceived. Orders outside of our regular scheduled routes will be shipped the same or next day. Please note: We require a $50 minimum order for shipping. Shipping and Handling fees will be applied at time of invoicing.
Method of Payment:
Unless credit has been established, all orders are COD. (we do accept Visa or Mastercard).
Customer Satisfaction:
Your total satisfaction is our goal. If you are not pleased with any product ordered from our site and locations, you may return it for a full refund. We ask only that you follow the steps listed below when returning merchandise.
*Notify your sales representative within 24 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. Please have the invoice # and date available.
* If you are on one of our regular routes, the product can be returned on our truck. If you are outside our normal sales route, you will be instructed as to how the product should be returned.
* Product must be in the manufacturer's original case, box, package, etc. and returned within seven days of receipt.
* Holiday merchandise must be returned within 24 hours of receipt, no holiday merchandise may be returned after the holiday is over.
