New customers are encouraged to register online at the link at the top of our page. By registering online you are free to view our specials page where we offer monthly savings. In order to purchase from us, customers need to fill out our Business Information Form and fax it back to us along with a copy of their state issued resale tax id number. Once you have submitted your Business Information Form and resale tax id, your COD account will be setup and a sales representative from one of our local branches will be in touch!
Your total satisfaction is our goal! If you are not pleased with any product you may return it for a full refund. The only thing we ask is that you follow the steps below when making your return.
1. Notify your sales representative within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please have the invoice number and delivery/pick-up date available.
2. If you are on one of our regular delivery routes we ask that you return the products to the driver the next time they are at your location. If you are outside our normal delivery route, your sales representative will provide you specific instruction as to when and how to return your merchandise.
3. All products must be returned in their original packaging, box, case, etc. and returned within seven days of receipt.
*Holiday merchandise must be returned within 24 hours of receipt. No holiday merchandise may be returned after the holiday is over.

Dreisbach Wholesale Florist distributes product through our own delivery system as well as use other carriers when needed. Orders are normally processed and delivered the same day they are received. Orders outside of our regular scheduled routes will be shipped the next day.
Please note: We require a $50 minimum order for shipping. Shipping and handling fees will be applied at time of invoice.
Dreisbach accepts checks, cash and credit including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All customers and orders are COD unless credit has been established. If interested in setting up a line of credit, please ask our accounting team or your sales representative for more details.
